Acceptable Payment Forms
At PJO Health Services, we are committed to making healthcare accessible. We proudly accept most major health insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance. For commercial insurance, additional onboarding is required through Alma. We also accept cash payments via electronic platforms for services rendered and provide patients with a superbill for insurance reimbursement. We encourage patients to check their out-of-network benefits for optimal coverage. Payment is due at scheduling. Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before appointments; after this period, a fee up to the visit amount will be charged for missed appointments. We provide appointment reminders for your convenience.
Costs
- Initial evaluation for all adult services: 99205: $400.00/ 60 minutes
- Follow-up visits for all adult services: 99214 & 90883: $225.00/ 30 minutes
All follow-up appointments include a brief add-on psychotherapy on the day of the visit for a total duration of 30 minutes. Patients and clients are still able to keep ongoing psychotherapy appointments with psychotherapists on separate days as and when needed.
